This website is operated by AYA Robotics ("we", "us", "our", "Seller"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to AYA Robotics. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), including additional terms referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes or violate any laws (including copyright laws) in your jurisdiction.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or exploitation of the Service is prohibited without express written permission.

3. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or not current. Historical information provided is for reference only.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Product prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice.

5. Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online. All products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. We do not guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.

6. Payment Terms

• For invoices of 250 000 DH or above, Buyer shall pay 100% upon receipt of Seller's invoice. The balance is due upon delivery.
• All payments must be made in Moroccan Dirhams (DH) via wire transfer or check.

7. Confidential Information

Any non-public, confidential, or proprietary information shared by Seller must not be disclosed or copied unless authorized in writing. Seller retains rights to seek injunctive relief for violations.

8. Inspection, Delivery, and Rejection of Nonconforming Goods

• Buyer shall inspect Goods upon receipt. Any Nonconforming Goods must be reported in writing during the Inspection Period.
• Seller may replace Nonconforming Goods or issue a refund at its discretion.
• Partial shipments are allowed at Seller's discretion. Each shipment constitutes a separate sale.

9. Cancellation Clause

• Orders for Unitree G1 Humanoid Units cannot be canceled within ninety (90) days of purchase.
• Seller reserves the right to reject cancellation requests and enforce full payment obligations.

10. Warranty and After-Sales Terms

• Warranty Period begins upon Buyer's receipt of Goods.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, extreme environmental conditions, collisions, or use of non-approved parts.
• Returns are not accepted for complete robotic systems. Accessories may be returned under strict conditions.
• Buyer bears shipping costs for warranty evaluation.
• Seller's liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
• Buyer must comply with all applicable export laws. Goods are not intended for children under 18.
• These warranty terms apply only to personal or institutional use, not resale.

11. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order. Buyer agrees to provide current and accurate information for all transactions.

12. Optional Tools

We may offer access to third-party tools "as is" without warranties.

13. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party materials, products, or services linked through this website.

14. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

By submitting comments, you grant us the unrestricted right to use and edit them. You must not submit unlawful or harmful content.
